Job Description
- Setup, installation and deploying of computers
- Cloning/Imaging of laptop/desktop
- Email and phone communication with customer
- Station at customer’s office for IT support if required (if stationed, reporting will be at customer location)
- Performing IT Helpdesk support(Ticketing System, Remote Support, Onsite Support)
- Active directory user account management
- Provide administrative support in checklists/reports
- Perform computer hardware parts upgrades/replacement
