We are looking for a motivated Marketing & Operations Intern to support our team in both brand-building and day-to-day business operations. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing campaigns, outlet management, and behind-the-scenes F&B operations.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing：
Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms.
Support promotions, campaigns, and seasonal product launches.
Coordinate with influencers, partners, and vendors for collaborations.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new trends.
Assist in designing and preparing marketing materials (e.g. posters, menus, digital assets).
Operations：
Work closely with the outlet teams to improve efficiency and ensure smooth customer experiences.
Program and update buttons on POS systems and delivery platforms (GrabFood, Foodpanda, Deliveroo, etc.).
Review and suggest improvements for UI/UX across POS, delivery, and ordering systems to enhance customer and staff experience.
Contribute to ad hoc projects that bridge both marketing and operations.
