About MySOS Pte Ltd

My Source of Solutions (MySOS) helps businesses, schools, event organisers and communities source and customise merchandise. From apparel to event items, we work with customers to find products that fit their needs, budget and timeline.

We are looking for a Sales Intern who cares about getting the details right and treats each customer’s order with the same attention they would give their own. You will start with guidance from our team and take on more responsibility as you learn our products and processes.

What You Will Do

• Speak with customers to understand what they need

• Gather details such as product type, quantity, artwork, budget and deadline

• Suggest suitable products and customisation options with guidance from the team

• Follow up on enquiries and help close orders

• Keep customer conversations and order details organised

• Coordinate with the team to confirm pricing, production requirements and timelines

• Introduce MySOS to people or organisations who may need custom merchandise

As you progress, you will also learn to draft quotations, prepare invoices and manage more of the sales process independently.

No previous sales or printing experience is required. Training will be provided.

Work Arrangement and Compensation

This is a long term, flexible part time position.

You will receive basic pay, with additional commission for each eligible order successfully closed. You can also earn commission when you refer a new customer to MySOS and the referral results in a confirmed order.

The basic pay, commission structure and other details will be discussed during the interview.
