Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Assisting the Manager to handle daily operations and inventory
- Perform stock related duties, including receiving, sending, picking, packing, un-packing, labelling, inspection of goods and medicines
- Print delivery notes, sorting of goods & packing with care according to delivery notes
- Maintain good housekeeping and conduct accurate stock-taking
- Liaise with Logistics team to meet product fulfilment timeline
- Resolve customer queries and issues over e-commerce platforms
- Handle customer self-pickup at collection unit
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager
Job Requirements
- Candidates without prior working experience are welcome to apply
- Suitable for candidates on school break looking for internship
- Minimum GCE N Level/O Level
- Able to commit during office hours: Mon-Fri 9am-7pm (part-time position also available)
- Tech-savvy and proficient in MS Office
- Meticulous and has initiative; Team player with positive can-do attitude
- Able to work in fast paced environment with accuracy
- Experience in logistics/supply chain or e-commerce platforms will be advantageous
- Weekend availability during sales period is advantageous (overtime pay is available)
- Immediate availability is advantageous
