Event cum Customer Service Coordinator (Permanent/ Internship)

Job Description

  • Assist the marketing manager to support all aspects of event planning and external liaison
  • Coordinate and follow-up on events, including project progress updates
  • Provide administrative and logistic support for events and roadshows planning/execution
  • Promote the key features and benefits of art programmes and workshops
  • Attend to phone calls, emails and handle customer enquiries
  • Maintain close and positive relationships with internal and external customers


Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Those without experience but has great enthusiasm and willingness to learn are welcome to apply
  • Must be cheerful, honest and willing to take initiative
  • Team player, meticulous and good time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work on both weekends (5-day work week)
  • Work Location at Jurong East (accessible by MRT)
