Job Description
- Support and coordinate daily administrative tasks and operations for the L&D team.
- Handle training registration processes, follow-ups, and communications with internal departments and external training providers.
- Track and manage training vendor payments and maintain accurate records of training request forms.
- Maintain and update records of both internal and external training programs.
- Ensure all employee training qualifications (certificates, licenses, cards) are updated in the HRIS system and L&D portal.
- Regularly maintain employee data in the PRIMOS system.
- Prepare training materials and provide logistical support for in-house training programs.
- Organize and coordinate in-house training sessions to ensure smooth execution.
- Liaise with government agencies such as Skills Future Singapore (SSG) for training grant applications and subsidy claims under approved courses.
- Handle PCP (Primacy Care Plan) invoice verification and ensure training records are updated, including removing resigned employees where applicable.
