- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

- Process orders, application and request
- Keeping record of customer interactions, transactions, feedbacks and comments
- Provide positive feedback for smoother customer service process
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional customer support
