Service & Support Engineer (PCBA)
We are seeking a dedicated, hands-on, and motivated Service Support Engineer to join our team. If you are passionate about electronics, troubleshooting, and technical support, we welcome both experienced candidates and fresh graduates to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite technical support and service for PCBA-related equipment and systems.
Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of PCBAs and electronics systems.
Support installation, maintenance, and routine servicing activities.
Carry out preventive maintenance and scheduled service tasks.
Ensure timely completion of assigned jobs independently and efficiently.
Collaborate effectively with team members and customers to resolve technical issues.
Be available for standby duties and support during urgent or unscheduled service requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics / Electromechanical Engineering
- Knowledge or experience in installation, setup & commissioning of factory system & equipment
- Knowledge in PCBA related equipment and systems, is an advantage:
-Good command of English.
-Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
