More Than A Swing (MTAS) is Singapore’s fastest growing badminton academy and content brand. Our content reaches 1 to 2 million views across YouTube, Instagram and TikTok every month, with tutorials, gear reviews and fun challenges that regularly go viral. We are the only Singapore based badminton channel putting out consistent, high quality content while building a real community around the sport. On the courts, our coaches train players of all levels, from first timers to competitive athletes. Beyond badminton, we also work with lifestyle and sports brands to create social media content that connects. At MTAS, badminton is more than a sport, it is culture, creativity and community.
What You’ll Do As our Content Creation Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience across the full content cycle — from idea to upload. You’ll work on MTAS’s own channels (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) as well as on client accounts, giving you a portfolio that spans sports, lifestyle, and creative social media campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include:
Content ideation – brainstorm creative ideas for videos, reels, shorts, and posts.
Videography – shoot training sessions, events, and lifestyle content (basic to intermediate videography experience preferred).
Editing – cut, refine, and deliver engaging content optimised for each platform.
Graphic design – create simple visuals (thumbnails, overlays, social posts).
Account management support – help plan content calendars and manage posting schedules for MTAS and selected client accounts.
What We’re Looking For
You have basic to intermediate video shooting/editing skills (mobile or camera).
You enjoy social media trends and have a knack for spotting what works.
You’re creative, detail-oriented, and eager to experiment with content.
Graphic design experience (e.g. Canva, Photoshop) is a bonus.
Organised enough to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
