• Assist and support HR Director/ Senior Executive in daily HR matters; Generating monthly/quarterly reports on headcount, manpower planning matters for submission to the management, monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR21 tax clearance, income tax reporting using payroll software etc
• Handle HR administration: P-filing, leave administration, work pass applications, expatriate management, staff exits, update hand book, etc.
• Support statutory work requirements, employee surveys and reporting
• Provide support in recruitment and selection process including arranging for interview and staff orientation.
• Assist Senior HR in employee medical benefits, related insurance claims and not limited to other general administration.
• Candidate must be able to handle other day-to-day general admin matters independently
• Any other tasks as assigned
