Job Description
Your Task
- Work closely with senior management for the production of events from conception through to completion -- Brainstorm creative concepts of events for clients and subsequently, plan and execute key events, publications, promotions and logistics preparation, and oversee manpower management at events site
- Frontline communication with potential clients and maintaining key accounts with existing clients
- Formulate strategies- To improve current events, and to engage new and maintaining clients (e.g. social media)
- Assist with campaigns/events/parties
- Providing a post event report for each event and promotion drive
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree holder
- Training will be provided - those with no experience are also welcome to apply
- Meticulous and has good interpersonal skills (good verbal and written communication skills)
- Experience working with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator will be an advantage
- Willing to work long hours to ensure the success of each event/promotion
