Motorola Solutions – Analyst

Your key responsibility is to ensure operational excellence in the Channel Sales Organizations function which includes
the following:

• Data analytics – provide insights on business intelligence to management and Sales team to make
  prompt and key decisions. Work across channels and functions to deliver reliable and timely
  information on leading sales indicators (sell-in, sell-thru, inventory and sell-out).
• Key initiatives – drive and implement regional/global projects
• Collaboration – work with cross functional teams (e.g.: Sales Ops, Supply chain, Finance) to align to
  meet/exceed Organization common goals.

Essential: 

• High analytical skills, with advance knowledge in Excel.
• Good with numbers and attention to details
• Ability to present and articulate thought process and data analytics
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
• Proven project management skills in managing multiple projects
