We are looking for energetic individuals with a passion for digital art and video production to join us as Video Production Intern in our Marketing Team. If you a dynamic individual with brilliant ideas you can’t wait to pitch to our team, this is the role for you!

Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Working closely with the Senior Creative to generate creative ideas and concepts to fulfil the brief

  • Gaining an understanding of the target audience and business that the advert is aimed at

  • Pitching new ideas

  • Produce media content for our publication

  • Adept in post-production i.e. assembling all raw footage, digitally cutting the files to put together the sequence of the film and deciding what is usable; creating a ‘rough cut’ (or assembly edit) and determining the exact cutting for the next and final stages; reordering and tweaking the content to ensure the logical sequencing and creative angle of the video.

  • Read, research and assess ideas and finished scripts

  • Supervise the progress of the project from pre-production to post-production


Requirements
  • Candidate must be currently pursuing a Diploma in Marketing or Degree in Marketing

  • The consistent ability to produce and communicate fresh ideas and visual concepts

  • High levels of motivation and perseverance with a strong sense of belief in your ideas, plus the skills and confidence to express them

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and multi-task

  • Good team player

  • The ability to take rejection and criticism well and to be able to adapt ideas to colleagues' needs

  • The capacity to deal with stress and work well under pressure in order to meet tight deadlines

  • An integrated and creative approach to the media and how the media can be used in

  • High levels of IT skills in relevant art and design packages, such as Photoshop and Illustrator and Video Editing Software
