Job Description

As a Social Media Intern, you’ll harness AI tools to amplify our brand’s digital presence, craft engaging content, and optimize data-driven social strategies that resonate with global audiences.

You Will:

  • Collaborate with Strategy and AI teams to design AI-powered social media campaigns that align with brand goals.
  • Use generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney) to create dynamic content (posts, videos, infographics) tailored to diverse platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram).
  • Analyze social media metrics with ML-driven tools (e.g., Hootsuite Insights, Sprout Social) to identify trends, optimize engagement, and refine strategies.
  • Automate content scheduling and audience interactions using AI platforms like Buffer or SocialBee.
  • Experiment with A/B testing frameworks enhanced by AI to improve click-through rates and audience segmentation.
  • Research emerging AI trends in social media (e.g., chatbots, sentiment analysis) and propose innovative applications for X’s platform.
  • Support community management by integrating NLP tools to monitor sentiment and personalize responses at scale.

You Are:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Science, or a related field with a focus on digital strategies.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) and tools (Canva, Later, HubSpot).
  • Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g., NLP, predictive analytics) and enthusiasm for applying them to marketing.
  • Experience creating content or campaigns using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT for copy, DALL-E for visuals).
  • Analytical mindset: Ability to interpret social metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exposure to AI-driven analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Brandwatch) is a plus.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for staying ahead of AI and social media trends.
