Job Description

Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2019 to 31 Dec 2019.

Mondays to Fridays: 7:15am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

The Services required are set out as follows:

To support in the areas of personnel and general administration to ensure the smooth operation of the school.  These includes   

Counter Service to manage stakeholders’ needs

Front Desk duties which includes attending to the needs of walk-in customers such as parents, visitors, partners, teachers, staff, students in a professional, prompt and friendly manner.

This includes issuance of loan items, acceptance of goods on behalf of teachers, provides advice on the use of the different type of forms, take in leave forms and supporting documents, provide basic first aid to injured students, issue excuse chit to sick students, issue graduation certificates/meal coupons and etc.

Record and label lost and found items

Perform daily check to ensure proper accountability of Room’s Keys

Handle Call-in customers professionally and ensure calls are answered timely.

Students’ Support

Handle administrative duties such as verify documents and data entry.

Handle the updating of students’ attendance data on daily basis and ensure record is updated timely at school system

Handle outbound calls to notify parent on their son’s absentee from school on daily basis during school terms.  Thereafter, to provide timely feedback to form teachers on the reasons of absentees. In addition, manage parents’ appointments for key personnel during Parents-Teachers Meetings

Support Discipline Master in the safekeeping of Ezlink cards/ handphone for latecomers/students

Internal Support

Provide administrative support for school-based and fund raising events.

To take on any adhoc duties and projects assigned by the School
