Montessori Seniors Limited – Assistant Program Facilitator

At Montessori for Dementia Care, we are dedicated to providing meaningful and purposeful activities for the elderly focused on exercising their memory, staying creative, and purposefully active with the goal of continuing to learn and live a life of dignity.

We have an Activity Centre, providing daily 3-hour sessions with diverse activities, with group or individualised sessions. Activities like music, arts and crafts, exercise, and conversation offer a diverse and social experience.

We aim to create an environment where the elderly and persons with dementia feel accepted, safe, and comfortable, and where they are treated with respect, dignity, and encouraged to be independent.

1. Assist the Program Facilitator to plan, implement and evaluate activities for Seniors including persons with dementia using the Montessori approach. Training on the Montessori approach will be provided.

2. Care for the elderlies including helping them with activities of daily living.

3. Help upkeep and maintain the Centre's cleanliness.

4. Able to use Microsoft Powerpoint and Word.

5. Like and enjoy working with the elderlies.
