We are seeking enthusiastic interns with a positive attitude to join our team. This internship position involves delivering scripted talks to describe our company's services, answering customer inquiries, setting up appointments, and maintaining records of customer interactions.

Job Responsibilities

• Delivering scripted talks that describe the company’s services.
• Answering customer information about the company's services.
• Setting up an appointment and recording of cold call's contact details.
• Keeping track of customers that have been contacted, status such as those interested, appointment made and those who do not want to be contacted in the future.
• Following up on previous customers for potential sales.

Job Requirements

• A eager to learn attitude!

• Prior telemarketing and retail sales experience, that would be an advantage.
