Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Respond and resolve Level 1 support requests via email, phone, or ticketing system (Managed Engine).
- Troubleshoot and resolve common issues with:
- Desktops, laptops and printers
- Operating systems (Windows/macOS)
- Basic software and applications installation (e.g., MS Office, browsers, etc)
- Set up and configure user workstations and mobile devices.
- Assist in recording and managing incidents and service requests using the ticketing system (Managed Engine)
- Assist in IT asset management and inventory updates.
Requirements:
- Possess or currently undertaking a Diploma in Information Technology or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and common software applications.
- Familiarity with hardware components (PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals).
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
