Job Description


As a Customer Service Ambassador, you role is to provide the best customer service possible.

You’ll also be expected to know your company’s products and policies inside out and be able to communicate it to other members of staff.

Because customer services jobs can encompass a range of industries, your daily tasks will change depending on what your company actually does. Possible duties include

* To provide good customer service to clients and students

* Handling enquiries from clients and public

* Arranging promotional events

* To be well versed in administration matters

* Well organised and neat

* Independent and self motivated

* People oriented

* Preferably enjoy exercises
