Molly Tea singapore – Marketing Intern

Molly Tea is an international modern tea brand with over 2,000 stores worldwide, originating from Shenzhen and expanding across major cities including China, the UK, Australia, and Southeast Asia. As we enter the Singapore market, we are building a dynamic local team to support our brand launch, marketing initiatives, and community engagement. Interns at Molly Tea will gain hands-on experience across branding, social media content creation, campaign execution, and on-ground activations.This role offers meaningful exposure to the end-to-end marketing process, providing a valuable opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced, international brand environment.

Content Creation: Assist in brainstorming, creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging multimedia content across Singapore social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
Community Management: Actively monitor social media channels, track engagement, and respond to comments/messages to manage the online community.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on the local F&B landscape, monitoring competitors, pricing, and marketing campaigns. Strategy & Reporting: Analyze key marketing metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights to inform our launch strategy.
Local Activation: Support planning and execution of grassroots events, product sampling, and pop-ups.
Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the Marketing Lead and external partners to ensure smooth execution of all launch initiatives.
