Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to support our day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth office functioning, supporting insurance processes, and delivering excellent internal and external service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Office Administration

  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement activities

  • Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems

  • Handle correspondence, emails, and communication with clients and vendors

  • Ensure office equipment is well-maintained and coordinate servicing when necessary


  • Policy & Claims Support

  • Assist in processing insurance applications, renewals, and cancellations

  • Verify, organize, and file policy documents, endorsements, and claims

  • Liaise with underwriting and claims departments for documentation

  • Follow up on pending insurance claims and maintain updated records


  • Customer Service & Support

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins

  • Provide admin support to sales and customer service teams

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and training sessions
