Modular Unit is a design studio that combines art, design and technology to create immersive sensory environments and new formats of visual communication. Following this approach, they work across multiple platforms ranging from installations, exhibition design, web and experimental structures.
We are looking for a motivated individual who sees coding as a creative way of expression in multiple forms from hardware electronics to software creation. The applicant does not need to have a computer science or engineering background, you could be a designer, artist or someone who went through coding bootcamps.
The Applicant should have experience and working knowledge in at least 1 of the following
- Microcontrollers, Sensors (Arduino, Raspberry pi etc)
- Creating Coding Platforms ( Openframeworks, Processing etc)
- Game Engines ( Unreal, Unity3d )
- AV hardware and systems
- Front End Web Programming ( html5, javascript etc)
- Back End Web Programming (Database, php, Ruby etc)
