Job Description
- Checking all the inward documents with the provided list from customer
- Document Preparation – Removing documents from bindings, removing staples, removing tags & binders
- Scanning – Scanning of documents with production scanner.
- Quality Control – Checking all the scanned images with original documents and marking all the errors
- Capturing indexes from documents and populating in Excel or Word
- Filling up all the records and reports required for daily production
- Helping logistic person to receive and deliver documents from various clients
