Roles & Responsibilities
- Designing and uploading new product images, store banners, and other marketing assets to our various e-commerce stores (Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Amazon, etc.)
- Writing and uploading SEO-friendly product descriptions for product listings on our e-marketplace stores.
- Liaise with e-commerce account managers to seek out partnerships and participate in all various e-marketplace campaigns and promotions to increase brands exposure, store traffic, and store conversion
- Explore and execute various sales and marketing strategies to upkeep with latest e-commerce trends
- Responsible of maintaining e-commerce sites and handling enquiries and comments through these platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support our e-commerce operations
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a diploma or in Marketing, Business or other related fields
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
- Excellent command of written English
- Able to meet deadlines and take responsibility & ownership of the tasks assigned
- Adaptable and able to implement & deal with process changes
- Candidate must possess a self-driven attitude and take initiative to hit KPIs
- Energetic and enthusiastic individual
