Mocha Chai Laboratories – Admin and Accounts Executive

Mocha Chai Lab is a state-of-the art Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos (near field and theatrical mix) certified facility, the only one in Southeast Asia with all the Post under one roof. We've been growing our business very successfully, from a DCP mastering outfit to a Finishing House and now, Development and Production company!

Responsibilities

• Prepare day-to-day payroll, invoicing, and other transactions reporting to the Finance Manager
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting to Company Directors
• Support the Finance team in project analysis and ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
• Organise and maintain an organised filing system
• Handle, prepare, and file payroll, CPF, and GST monthly submissions
• Prepare & submit quarterly sales reports and weekly cash flow reports
• Other administrative duties include onboarding new staff, answering phone calls etc.

Qualifications

• 2-3years of experience in accounting and book-keeping (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
• Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners
• Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of financial reporting and data Mining tools such as PowerBI and Tableau will be a plus
• Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
