Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with developing engaging event marketing materials, including digital banners, social media posts, email campaigns, and basic flyers/brochures. 
  • Contribute ideas for online campaigns to boost event visibility. 
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential event sponsors, partners, and associations, contributing valuable insights to strengthen collaborations.
  • Maintain and update databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness for future marketing efforts. 
  • Manage the processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payments. Coordinate with finance to facilitate smooth financial transactions related to the exhibition.
  • Manage exhibitor requests including preparing exhibitor badges, welcome kits and other necessary support, ensuring a seamless experience for participants and contributing to overall event success.
  • Support the coordination of sponsorship activities, ensuring sponsors receive agreed-upon benefits. 
  • Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, assisting with booth reservations, and actively participating in client acquisition efforts.
  • Assist in managing logistics for speakers and workshop presenters, including scheduling, communication, and materials preparation
  • Develop and conduct surveys to gather feedback from exhibitors and attendees for continuous improvement. 
  • Contribute to the creation of post-event reports, summarizing key metrics, participant feedback, and areas for improvement. 
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, contributing to the efficiency of daily tasks.
  • Other ad hoc tasks related to the exhibition
