Job Description

Job Scope:
- Perform ecommerce backend operations (Import, Warehouse, Pick&Pack).
- Work with customer service to address customers’ queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot issues relating to order shipments, eCommerce purchases, order fulfillment, etc.
- Manage returns and exchanges

Job Requirements:
- Able to speak Mandarin.
- Required skill(s): MS Office, Excel.
- Experience in managing marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee, and Qoo10 is an advantage.
- Attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented.
- Commit 6 day work week.

Benefits:
