This role reports to the Finance Manager located in Singapore and is responsible for an offshore portfolio (located in our offices across the globe).

• Manage day-to-day finance operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
• Prepare financial statements and records in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in the preparation of documentation for audit and tax purposes.
• Coordinate intercompany billing and reconciliation to ensure accurate and timely transactions.
• Reconcile daily cash position report and manage cashflow effectively.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
• Conduct payment provider and liquidity provider reconciliations.
• Assist in bookkeeping activities, including maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy.
