Main responsibilities:
- Perform sales activities related to buying and selling of mobile phones
- Perform testing of customer’s phones. checklist is provided
- manage and fulfill customers’ expectations related to repair requests such
as time taken, pricing, QC.
- Interact with customer and answer their inquiries
- Fulfill customers’ needs based on appointment or walk-in requests
Daily Administrative tasks:
- Stock take of inventory
- Prepare stock list via WhatsApp
- Prepare items for stock transfer between outlets
- Following up of customer’s orders
- Tally and accept incoming stocks from company warehouse
- Arrangement of inventory and storefront in a neat and tidy manner
Other Informations:
- Training will be provided
- Remuneration based on overall retail performance instead of individual
sales performance
