Miss Tam Chiak Pte Ltd – Video Producer (Intern)

We’re looking for someone who understands and is excited to find out what makes people engage with content online. As a video producer, you will be responsible for creating and distributing video content across social media platforms like TikTok, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram and more. The ideal candidate should be great at copywriting and design to hook in audience online.

You’ll need to work well with tight timelines, adapt to content performance and be versatile in your ideas and executions. You will also be required to collaborate well within a team and provide/ receive constructive feedback.

What you will be doing:

• Produce, shoot and edit videos for social media publications
• Research and pitch relevant content ideas for production
• Management of social media platforms, which includes Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok.
• Manage editorial calendar and push the content through the editorial process
• Provide ad-hoc support to the marketing team to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities
• Ad hoc design tasks
• Ability to adapt various videos for different social formats (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Create high quality thumbnails, titles, copy, gifs, and any other creative assets that drives growth across the social platforms.
• Monitor insights to generate recommendations and strategies for optimizing our content
• Be actively involved in content marketing strategies targeted at driving traffic, engagement, generating leads, retaining viewership, and building brand awareness;

Requirements:

• Experienced with Premiere Pro (Basic motion animation skills a plus)
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and TikTok
• Experience in content production/ creation (e.g. owning a Youtube/ Tiktok channel); or
• Experience with organic content production and strategy
• Familiar with layout and design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
• Enthusiasm for experimenting with content and programming strategy to optimize for key metrics.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team as an eager collaborator.
• Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative and be proactive
• A positive and can-do attitude.
