Job Description
- Support Marcom Manager in executing branding, communications, outreach, and online content for Minterest entities ie. Minterest and Minterest Pay etc.
- Build brand followership, awareness, and engagement
- Manage social media content and postings and monitor engagement metrics.
- Research and plan social media campaigns to drive followers, engagement and leads for the business.
- Research on trends relating to investments and create relevant content topics
- Manage and moderate Facebook community group
- Build content and manage Youtube channel
- Work with Marcom and SEO manager to research and craft articles for blogs.
- Assist in outreach and coordination of campaigns with influencers/micro-influencers.
- Nurture community leaders/influencers to be brand ambassadors for Minterest and Minterest Pay.
- Innovate with new approaches to creative content production.
- Monitor and analyse outreach performance metrics; create reports on key social media & outreach channel metrics, social listening for community sentiment, and make recommendations to improve and optimise our social media and outreach strategy.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Enjoys social media and community outreach
- Excellent command of English and enjoys writing especially, financial/wealth management-related topics
