Regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, Minterest holds a Capital Markets Services Licence to deal in securities under the Securities and Futures Act.
1. Assist the Client Ambassadors to work with companies on their borrowing needs, assessing their suitability to borrow funds using the Minterest platform.
2. Performing cashflow analysis, and assist the Client Ambassadors to prepare credit memo for deal approval by credit committee.
3. Assist the Client Ambassadors in the preparation of loan documentation and liaise with the companies on their loan financing requirements.
4. Assist the Client Ambassadors in managing the investors on Minterest platform in terms of their investment needs, build relationships, customer loyalty and retention.
5. Operate in compliance with laws and regulations and ensure Minterest's company policies and procedures are followed. Assist the Client Ambassadors in the preparation and filing of deal -related documents.
