Job Description
- Overall responsible for daily project management and execution until the completion of the project.
- Co-ordinate layout plan, M&E plan and visuals, prepare project schedule and quotations to clients and submit tenders for the project to clients.
- Arrange submission of plans to local authorities for approval and arrange inspections of building work.
- Work closely with project and operation teams as well as contractors to ensure timely delivery of the project and excellent quality of work done.
- Being the key single interface between the company and clients, obtain clients' feedback and resolve project-related issues.
- To organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings and present at the worksite to brief clients and suppliers.
- To ensure documentation is properly managed, follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
