MindFORCE Academy is seeking out students or fresh graduates to support the automation of Quality Assurance (QA) and Operational processes using AI-driven strategies. This internship is ideal for students keen to apply their technical knowledge to real-world operational workflows in the education and training sector.
- Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse QA workflows and identify automation opportunities.
- Design and implement AI-enabled scripts or tools to automate checks.
- Integrate automation into internal systems (e.g., LMS/TMS).
- Conduct testing, validation, and debugging of automated processes.
- Prepare documentation of solutions and testing results.
- Work closely with IT, QA, and Operations teams.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree student in IT, Computer Science, AI/Data Science, or related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good written communication for technical documentation
Good to Have:
- Workflow automation tools (UiPath, Power Automate, Zapier).
- Knowledge of educational platforms (LMS/TMS).
