Cafe Kreams is a roastery cafe located 2 minutes walk away from Tanjong Pagar MRT station. The cafe roasts its own coffee beans in-house and is housed in autumn foliage providing customers with an enjoyable space and excellent customer service. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Welcoming guests, informing them about specials of our menu, answering questions, and ensures an enjoyable and quality experience

- Preparing hall service, and related items, and ensures expedient service of food and beverages to the guest

- Coordinate with Managers to ensure that guest orders are executed smoothly

- Plating of beverages and baked goods

- Manages the flow of guests into the dining area, provide accurate wait times to incoming guests if appropriate

- Handle guest needs well

- Maintenance and cleaning of utensils and tableware as and when needed

- Ensure and upkeep general cleanliness of workstations and all areas of outlet

- Ad hoc duties to assist colleagues when required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- 1 year experience in F&B setting preferred

- Prior experience in hall service / kitchen role a plus

- Cheerful disposition and enjoys interacting with customers.

WORKING SCHEDULE

<5-DAYS / Week>

Monday - Saturday Schedule:

- AM Shift: 0830 - 1800hrs

- PM Shift: 1330 - 2300hrs

Sunday Schedule (On rotation - 2X per Month)

- 1100 - 1800hrs

Including 1-hour break

*PART-TIME: Available, pls enquire schedule (Minimum 21 hours / Week)

- FULL-TIME: $1,800

- PART-TIME: From $8/hour~

- Able to work on most Public Holidays; furnished with double pay
