• Responsible for day to day management of the outlet’s operations
• In charge of motivating staff to ensure consistent and quality services are delivered to customers
• Handle customers’ requests, enquiries and feedback efficiently
• Recommend customers to suitable skincare products and solutions based on specific needs
• Establish strong rapport with customers to induce retention
• Provide excellent customer service that is reflective of the brand’s high standards
• Ensure that monthly sales target are achieved

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE “O” Levels
• Comes with more than 5 years of experience in the beauty industry
• Proven track record in management with leadership expertise
• Advantageous for candidates with Beauty related certifications
