Job Description
- Responsible for day to day management of the outlet’s operations
- In charge of motivating staff to ensure consistent and quality services are delivered to customers
- Handle customers’ requests, enquiries and feedback efficiently
- Recommend customers to suitable skincare products and solutions based on specific needs
- Establish strong rapport with customers to induce retention
- Provide excellent customer service that is reflective of the brand’s high standards
- Ensure that monthly sales target are achieved
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE “O” Levels
- Comes with more than 5 years of experience in the beauty industry
- Proven track record in management with leadership expertise
- Advantageous for candidates with Beauty related certifications
