Job Description
We are looking for 1 intern for the following position:
Intern – Legal
The role will report directly to the Legal Counsel for the following duties:
You will assist the Legal team in the following tasks:
- Drafting and reviewing BIMCO contracts, typically used in the offshore marine industry
- Participate in contract negotiation with internal and/or external clients
- Drafting and reviewing letters to external parties
- Advising Commercial team on insurance matters relating to vessels in offshore marine industry
- Coordinating the sale and purchase of vessels
- Liaising with external lawyers on legal disputes and compliance matters
Internship Period:
- Dec 2019 to Jan 2020
