We are looking for 1 intern for the following position: 

Intern – Legal

The role will report directly to the Legal Counsel for the following duties:

You will assist the Legal team in the following tasks:

• Drafting and reviewing BIMCO contracts, typically used in the offshore marine industry
• Participate in contract negotiation with internal and/or external clients
• Drafting and reviewing letters to external parties
• Advising Commercial team on insurance matters relating to vessels in offshore marine industry
• Coordinating the sale and purchase of vessels
• Liaising with external lawyers on legal disputes and compliance matters

Internship Period:

- Dec 2019 to Jan 2020
