- Job Description
The role will report directly to the Legal Counsel for the following duties:
You will assist the Legal team in the following tasks:
- drafting and reviewing BIMCO contracts, typically used in the offshore marine industry
- participate in contract negotiation with external clients
- drafting and reviewing letters to external clients
- advising Commercial team on insurance matters relating to vessels in offshore marine industry
- coordinating the sale and purchase of vessels
- liaising with external lawyers on legal disputes and compliance matters
