Job Description

We are looking for one intern to support our tender business. About the role Working closely with our Sales Director, this intern will take part in end-to-end tender activities. Job duration : 6 month full time internship

Responsibilities

  • identify new tenders around the world through various sources (websites, publications, networks, etc.)
  • Review Invitation to Tender documents, analysing and accurately assessing all client requirements.
  • Vet global tenders and work with commercial team to decide which tenders to pursue based on analysis and assessment.
  • Write, edit, and format tender proposals in line with company standards and client requirements.
  • Ensure that proposals are submitted before deadlines and are in compliance with all tender requirements.
  • Maintain a database of tenders and results.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all tender documents.
  • Assist in other sales and business development activities as required.

  • Learn the end to end process of building a database and develop analytic skills using the database and draft a tender proposal.
  • Get insights into the global technology market.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field in Singapore.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or tender management (preferred, but not required).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
