- Job Description
Ensures proper flow of office procedures, and supports the office directors by carrying out common office duties. Maintains a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors in person, online, and via telephone.
Operation Administrator Job Duties:
- Communicates with government agencies for data submission and data monitoring
- Manages correspondence with sales teams
- Manages reception area and classrooms
- Ensure daily operations in the academy
- Drafts, formats, and prints documents
- Photocopies and filing of documents
- Interact and provide customer service
