Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Office Administrator for our headquarters office to be a part of our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • To provide clerical and administrative support to optimize office procedures
  • Be involved in HR Admin duties such as contracts, work permits,
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • To file and update employee/suppliers information

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Chinese is a must, and English is preferred.
  • At least one year of reception and/or office administrator experience.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A positive and friendly disposition is required, along with a professional appearance.
  • A high level of integrity, discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with people at all levels are imperative.
