Job Description

Learning outcomes

  • Assist in all IT operations and provide user support for all IT systems within organization and remote centres.
  • Maintain IT systems in good working order, including
    - PC workstations /laptops
    - Network and Server systems
    - Application and Database software
    - Email and internet communications
    - All web-based in-house applications
    - Association’s outsourced applications
    - Access control and Data Security
    - BCP and DR System
  • Assist in liaising with IT maintenance vendors, system integrators, suppliers to solve problems or facilitate installation of new software/hardware
  • Helps keep track of the organization’s IT needs and development
  • Keeps accurate and updated records on organization’s IT assets
  • Provide technical advice and support to the Association’s publicity on the website and e-commerce initiatives.
