Registration 

• Answer enquiries from public regarding courses via calls, walk in enquiries, enquiries through social media platforms
• Assist in follow ups and registration of participants for courses
• Facilitate payment for courses
• Ensure participants follow safe distancing procedures
• Ensure attendance for participants is taken

Admin

• Follow up with administrative tasks
• Upload course and participant details in the training management system

E-learning

• Create e-learning accounts for students
• Download reports of completed e-learning sessions

Logistics

• Top up pantry
• Print and top up materials for upcoming classes
