Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct effective and efficient data analysis (preparation, transformation, and visualization) towards transportation related management for inbound and outbound operational activities.
  • Comparison of RLCS transportation data versus Service Providers ' data for monthly reports.
  • Prepare weekly (CV26) Transportation Data analytics to evaluate vessels transportation processes and systems for submission to Service Provider for their Customs clearance preparation. To identify discrepancies or opportunities for improvement.
  • Support to use historical data and trends to analyze KPI performances.
  • Prepare monthly Freight and Handling (F&H) report to identify the discrepancies on operation and financial matrix.
  • Assist to present data summaries and proposals to stakeholders.
  • Monitor common mailbox and attend to all daily email and channels to respective parties for feedback and action.
  • Perform administrative tasks and ensure completeness and correctness of RPA (Robot process automation) data in all documents.
  • Support department reporting structure and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
  • Play an active role in cross-department collaboration.
  • Hybrid work environment.

Job qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering or related field of study
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Highly motivated, independent worker with minimum guidance required
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken
