- Support in vehicle options pricing
- Support in dealer invoices and credit notes audit
- Support in internal controls of key operational processes, such as:
1. Verification of vehicle sales orders based on approved prices
2. Verification of supporting documents before invoice and credit notes approvals
- Support in timely and accurate preparation of management reports
- Support in the completion of financial forecast
1. Preparation and input of financial plans
2. Deviation analysis to previous financial plans and actuals results
- Any other ad-hoc financial operational tasks
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Excel a must, advance MS Excel skills an advantage
- Good financial analysis skills with sound accounting knowledge at a tertiary level
- Attention to details with excellent numerical attentiveness
- Task oriented and self-disciplined to meet deadlines
- Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Continuous improvement mindset, ability to learn fast and perform under time pressure
