Job Description

A real estate subsidiary of NTUC Enterprise that own and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties in Singapore is looking for an Associate ExecutiveLease Administration. The company is expanding its talent pool as we continue to expand our business. 

 Purpose of Role 

The Associate/Executive will play a key role in centralised management and administration of the leases for the malls which includes lease documentation, arrears management, tenants’ relations, lease reporting and lease admin system. 

 Accountabilities & Scope 

The role will be responsible for administration support to the leasing team. You will assist in the day-to-day lease documentation, monthly arrears management and update any changes of tenants’ detail on the lease admin system. You will also assist the Manager in other duties as assigned.

 Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare lease document such as lease agreement and side letters 
  • Monitor and follow up on the submission of lease documents and other relevant documents by tenants 
  • Liaise with Tenants on their arrears payment status 
  • E-stamping, upload lease documents and relevant documents in common file and system 
  • Collate and maintain a lease movement/details record when necessary 
  • Maintain and update tenants’ contact list 
  • Attend to tenants’ feedback/requests, develop and maintain cordial relationships with tenants 
  • Coordinate with vendor to follow up with tenants for missing GTO submission 
  • Other adhoc duties assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications
  • At least a Diploma in any discipline 
  • Savvy in Microsoft Office especially Word 
  • Meticulous, well-organised and able to manage multiple priorities 
  • Comfortable in managing administrative works and large volume of documentation 
  • Open to candidates who are keen to pursue a career in lease administration but have no relevant experience 
  • Candidates who are well-versed in retail leasing procedures/documentation and have experience in lease administration function is highly preferred
