Part Time Assistant - 2018 April ~ Sep.
- Working time will be around 5 days a week and 4 hours in a day.
- The ideal candidate MUST be able to read/write/speak BOTH in Chinese and English & with SAP user experience and proficiency in excel.
Job Duties:
The job duties are incl, but not limited:
- Assist Sales to process order and administration work.
- Complete and follow up Sales Force registration approval process
- Complete and follow up Trial license process.
- Co-work and coordinate with internal legal for authorize letter matter
Job Qualifications:
1. B.S. degree.2. Experience SAP CRM
3. Good knowedge of excel and prepare ppt
4. Can read/ write and speak Chinese & English.
5. Good time management
5. Good eam work and to coordinate well with legal, COM, finance etc.
