Job Description

Targets & Responsibility

  • Ensure performance of project time, quality and financial metrics
  • Ensure safety, quality, delivery and project cost performance

Main Tasks

  • Provide support to the Head of Project and Aftersales in anticipating and resolving issues encountered
  • Create regular project status update reports and presentation
  • Collates project documentation and database from the project for submission and retention, as required and compiles the records from current and past projects as lessons learnt
  • Coordinate project team meetings and workshops (e.g develop agenda, manage logistics)
  • Maintain efficient communication flow with project team members at various phases
  • Ensure project calendars are current and appropriately distributed
  • Meet reporting deadlines and any other regularly scheduled reporting cycle
  • Planning for offshore technician allocation and scheduling (liaising with Head of Operations and Workshop Co-ordinator as appropriate)
  • Assisting with customer contacts, contract and purchase order requirements, planning and scheduling
  • Coordinate with customer on a regular basis to achieve project outcomes required
  • Participate in establishing project performance indicators to help achieve the departmental KPIs
  • Collect, analyze and summarize project data, trends and KPI progress reports for management
  • Liaise, internally with various departments for financial and operational planning, and provide accurate and timely financial forecasting

Requirement:

  • 3 to 5 years of Project Management experience, ideally holding PMI/ IPMA certification
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team towards delivering high standards or service
  • Possess excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand information quickly, evaluate it from different perspectives and uncover correlations
  • Experience in the offshore consulting/ contracting environment is a plus
