MeMove Pte Ltd – Operations Innovation Intern (Start Up)

MeMove is a for-profit social impact startup dedicated to empowering low-income individuals to build sustainable livelihoods. We achieve this by financing income-generating equipment, starting with e-bikes for food delivery riders.

Fleet Management Operations:

Tag and track chargers and batteries, verify asset movements, and assist with check-in/check-out and quality checks.

Financial Record Keeping:

Tag bank inflows, resolve unknown payments, manage customer debt, follow up on outstanding payments, and track who has paid and who hasn't.

Sales Operations Support:

Assist with customer onboarding and offboarding by processing contracts and internal forms.

Process Analysis:

Identify inefficiencies in workflows, especially in data accuracy, asset tracking, and payment handling.

Propose Solutions:

Develop and suggest improvements to enhance operations and streamline processes.

Execute Innovations:

Implement and test proposed solutions, taking ownership of the outcomes.
