Here at #MeetArts, we transform the traditional art commerce space into a digital ecommerce platform. #MeetArts seeks to centralize existing or potential opportunities in the arts sector to improve the community and market in the arts. Be it buying an artwork, selling an artwork or visiting an art exhibition, #MeetArts provides a boundaryless online platform to connect you to the world of arts.
The Intern will be part of the software development team as our in house project manager:
1) development of site architecture, optimizes processes, and supports the brand ecommerce ecosystem
2) Purchases and implements software
3) Ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of an ecommerce platform, including software integrations and merchant and retailer relationships
4) Defines, recommends, and executes a vision for ecommerce sites aligned with IT strategy
5) Understands strengths and weaknesses in system architecture, anticipating vulnerabilities and developing contingency plans
6) Investigating user experience design requirements for our marketplace
7) Develop online content for our digital platforms
8) Modify UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our marketplace
9) Developing images, concepts, graphics, typography and layouts for communication materials, including websites, logos, brochures, books, advertisements, and social media posts
10) Managing and maintaining the ecommerce Magento 2 platform
11) Developing CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for marketplace
12) Collaborate with other team members, such as marketing, sales, and business operations, throughout the various phases of a project
